Responsibility
- Lead and supervise branch staff to ensure high productivity, motivation, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service standards.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, financial records, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align branch goals with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, sales supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
