Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation on MODENA home appliances, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their home experience.
- Demonstrate product functionality and address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure a seamless in-store experience by assisting with product displays and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- In-depth knowledge of home appliances or willingness to undergo product training.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Passionate about technology and customer satisfaction.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
