Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range and effectively communicate features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash management responsibilities
- Assist in inventory management including stock takes, receiving deliveries, and reporting discrepancies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer products or luxury goods
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Legal right to work in Indonesia
