Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales by promoting products, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are advantageous.
