Responsibility
- Conduct field sales activities to identify and onboard new merchants, expanding our cashless payment ecosystem in Bali.
- Provide end-to-end operational support to merchants, ensuring smooth adoption of fintech solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive user training on cashless payment systems, POS terminals, and digital wallets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant inquiries and technical issues promptly.
- Monitor merchant performance and engagement, implementing strategies to boost transaction volumes.
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking KPIs such as merchant acquisition, activation rates, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor for their payment needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong understanding of cashless payment systems, POS terminals, or digital wallets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business needs.
