Responsibility

  • Conduct field sales activities to identify and onboard new merchants, expanding our cashless payment ecosystem in Bali.
  • Provide end-to-end operational support to merchants, ensuring smooth adoption of fintech solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive user training on cashless payment systems, POS terminals, and digital wallets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant inquiries and technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor merchant performance and engagement, implementing strategies to boost transaction volumes.
  • Stay updated on fintech trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, tracking KPIs such as merchant acquisition, activation rates, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor for their payment needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of cashless payment systems, POS terminals, or digital wallets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business needs.
