Responsibility
- Conduct field sales activities to onboard new merchants and expand our cashless payment network.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to merchants on fintech solutions and payment systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the fintech industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Assist in resolving merchant inquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
- Knowledge of cashless payment systems and fintech trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for field sales and merchant visits.
