Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base in the OCTG and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Travel to client sites and industry events to represent the company and foster business relationships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the OCTG and Oil & Gas markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Oil & Gas, OCTG, or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the OCTG market and Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
