Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including hardware stores, contractors, and property developers.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and quality of our paint solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team to track performance metrics.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide technical support and product advice to customers to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the construction, chemical, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for frequent travel across the Northern Region.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
