Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the modern trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and distributors in Bali.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional activities, ensuring brand visibility and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, trade activations, and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Sales or FMCG is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the modern trade or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
