Responsibility
- Identify and onboard new merchants in Bali's key commercial areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve merchant inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant integration.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Bali's market and business landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
