Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in industries requiring mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or electrical products.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain their benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
