Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share in Southeast Asia and beyond.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new distributors and business partners to strengthen our commercial network.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance targets.
  • Oversee export logistics, compliance, and documentation to ensure smooth cross-border transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in the medical sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to streamline sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regional sales, export management, or commercial development, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing distributor networks in Southeast Asia or other international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus.
