Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base for marine and protective coatings in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shipyards, marine contractors, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
  • Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our coating solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales service.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and build brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in marine coatings, protective coatings, or industrial chemicals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cat Protective Coatings, epoxy, polyurethane, or anti-corrosive solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and site visits.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
