Qualfon is seeking an experienced Sales Coach to mentor and elevate our outbound sales agents in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Sales Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales team by providing hands-on training, performance feedback, and strategic guidance. You’ll work closely with agents to refine their sales techniques, overcome objections, and exceed targets. Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of outbound sales agents to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
  • Foster a high-energy, motivational work environment that drives team success.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching methods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C outbound sales, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide data-driven feedback.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking software is a plus.
  • Immediate availability to start is preferred.
