Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
