Responsibility
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales for domestic helper placements.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, domestic helpers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified domestic helpers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.
- Provide post-placement follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in domestic helper placements.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales conversions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in the domestic services or maid agency industry is an advantage.
