Responsibility
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing prompt and professional responses to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual guests to drive repeat bookings.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with operations and guest services teams to ensure seamless execution of retreat programs and guest experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or luxury service industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of Bali’s hospitality market and key attractions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and occasionally work outside standard business hours.
