Responsibility
- Handle guest inquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Provide detailed information about resort amenities, packages, and promotions to potential guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Follow up with potential guests to ensure high conversion rates and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, promotions, and familiarization tours.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Uphold the resortâs brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
