Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personalized service and timely follow-ups.
- Generate accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of the Bali market and its key players in tourism and hospitality.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
