Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote OYL’s lubricant and oil products through digital campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and recommendations to clients, ensuring they select the right solutions for their needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lubricants, automotive, industrial, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
