Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the freight forwarding sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including importers, exporters, and businesses requiring logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old (exceptions may apply for highly experienced candidates).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
