As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our organization, tasked with identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and providing innovative supply chain solutions. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and customized logistics proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and identify emerging industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with prospective clients and visit regional accounts.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino, both written and spoken.
