Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market share in the Lamongan area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor payment collection and ensure timely processing of orders and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar client-facing role (preferably in FMCG or food distribution).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
