Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive specializing in Kombucha & Wellness Products! You will be responsible for promoting and selling Brew by Root kombucha and 消化速, a premium wellness brand, across Bali’s vibrant markets. This role offers a competitive basic salary of IDR 1,700 plus attractive commission, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
As a Sales Executive, you will engage with health-conscious consumers, retailers, and wellness centers, driving brand awareness and sales growth. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in sales events, develop new customer relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our wellness product line in Bali’s thriving wellness community.

Responsibility
- Promote and sell Brew by Root kombucha and 消化速 to retailers, wellness centers, and consumers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Provide product knowledge and education to customers and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or F&B industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kombucha, wellness products, or natural health solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for sales visits and events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to commute across Bali.
