Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical equipment and supplies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of medical equipment, supplies, and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
