Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow key client accounts in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular engagement and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within current accounts to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while meeting client expectations.
- Represent Acolite Holding at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia or internationally as required.
