Responsibility
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities in the logistics and freight industry.
- Promote and sell ASL Global’s international air and ocean freight services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand ASL Global’s market presence in Bali.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective negotiation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
