Join our dynamic team as an Import & Export Coordinator based in Bali, supporting our Manila office operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless, compliant, and cost-efficient movement of goods from international suppliers to our regional hubs. You will oversee end-to-end logistics, from documentation and customs clearance to delivery coordination, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end import/export processes, including documentation, customs compliance, and duty optimization.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and local authorities to ensure timely shipments.
- Monitor and resolve delays, discrepancies, or compliance issues in shipment documentation.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers to minimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Track inventory levels and shipment statuses using ERP or logistics software.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on import/export activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, tariffs, and local laws (e.g., Philippine Customs, ASEAN trade agreements).
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile invoices, duties, and taxes related to shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Tagalog is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges and propose solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
