Responsibility
- Monitor real-time GPS tracking systems to track fleet movements, driver behavior, and route adherence.
- Operate and maintain CCTV surveillance systems to ensure 24/7 coverage of facilities, warehouses, and high-risk areas.
- Identify and escalate security breaches, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities to management and law enforcement when necessary.
- Generate detailed incident reports and maintain logs of all monitoring activities, anomalies, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize fleet routes, reduce fuel consumption, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Conduct regular system checks and troubleshoot technical issues with GPS/CCTV equipment, coordinating with IT for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, local regulations, and industry standards for asset protection.
- Provide emergency response support by coordinating with field teams during incidents (e.g., accidents, theft, or vehicle breakdowns).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security monitoring, fleet management, or a related field (CCTV/GPS operations preferred).
- Proficiency in using GPS tracking software (e.g., Geotab, Webfleet, or similar) and CCTV management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work shift schedules (including nights/weekends) and remain alert during long monitoring sessions.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or retail operations is highly advantageous.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills to address minor system or connectivity issues.
- Certification in security management, surveillance, or fleet operations is a bonus.
