In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth, nurture client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. We are looking for an individual who understands the nuances of the hospitality industry—specifically the importance of guest experience and proactive problem-solving—and can translate these skills into successful B2B or B2C sales strategies.

Responsibility

  • Assist the Sales Manager in executing daily sales strategies and achieving monthly departmental KPIs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales pipelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services post-sale.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Handle administrative sales support tasks, including contract management and sales reporting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry (Front Office, Concierge, or Event Sales) or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
