Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within the HORECA sector in Bali.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers (e.g., chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams) to promote The Heritage Oven products and services.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA, F&B, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market and existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, or cafés is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for the culinary and hospitality industry with a keen eye for detail.
