Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s construction, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, developers, and business owners, to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Present and demonstrate steel products to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the steel, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of steel products, construction materials, or industrial sales is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
