Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to expand market share for health supplements, herbal products, and functional foods in Bali.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and wellness centers to drive product adoption.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, trade shows, and digital outreach to boost brand visibility.
- Provide after-sales support, including order processing, delivery coordination, and resolving client inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; experience in health/wellness sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or wellness industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of health supplements, herbal products, or functional foods is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and trade events.
