Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the health supplements and nutraceuticals sector.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and wellness centers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the health and wellness space.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and materials that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A background in health sciences or nutrition is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutraceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in nutraceuticals and their benefits.
