Responsibility
- Manage and grow key supermarket accounts to drive fresh produce sales.
- Follow up on orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery coordination.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to assess stock levels and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize delivery schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fresh produce, FMCG, or retail sector.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client visits and market assessments.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
