Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand client base in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design and deliver compelling campaigns that drive client engagement and ROI.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and digital trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, or Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
