Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
  • Identify, engage, and convert new clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services, to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, product updates, and exceptional service.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our food products.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food service, F&B, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali for client meetings and market visits.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
