As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our high-quality products to retailers, distributors, and hospitality businesses across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including retailers, distributors, and hospitality businesses.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape and existing networks in the region is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
