As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our high-quality products to retailers, distributors, and hospitality businesses across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including retailers, distributors, and hospitality businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape and existing networks in the region is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
