Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for food ingredients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new customers in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the food ingredients sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored to the food industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, product innovations, and market dynamics to offer informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients, FMCG, or B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a strong client portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry, including trends, supply chain dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
