Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct financial needs analyses to identify client goals and recommend suitable wealth management products.
- Present and sell financial solutions, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning, with integrity and transparency.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or financial advisory (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided).
- Willingness to obtain relevant licenses/certifications (e.g., insurance or investment advisory).
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
