Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales approaches, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify client goals and recommend tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Create and curate engaging content (e.g., presentations, social media, or email campaigns) to educate clients on financial products.
- Perform light editing of marketing materials, proposals, and client communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by proactively prospecting and converting leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to provide informed advice.
- Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, financial services, or insurance (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., life insurance, investments) or willingness to undergo training.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing (e.g., writing, graphic design, or video) is a plus.
