Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual shrimp feed sales targets in the Bali region.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand market share and increase brand visibility in the aquaculture sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shrimp farm owners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the shrimp feed industry.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and refine feed formulations to meet market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote New Hope Indonesia’s products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aquaculture, animal feed, or agribusiness sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the shrimp farming industry, including feed requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
