Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential micro-business clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market visits.
- Present and promote Mandiri Andalan Utama’s micro-banking products (e.g., loans, savings, insurance) to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend suitable banking solutions tailored to each client’s business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for micro-banking products while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Educate clients on financial literacy, product benefits, and digital banking tools to enhance their business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Document client interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, relationship management, or microfinance, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse clients, including small business owners.
- Familiarity with micro-banking products, credit evaluation, and financial advisory is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with digital banking tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) for client meetings and fieldwork.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a bonus.
