Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new industrial clients in Bali and surrounding regions to expand the customer base for waste management services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their waste management needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in waste management to position our solutions effectively.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial services, or environmental solutions.
  • Strong understanding of waste management practices, sustainability principles, or related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
