Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer deliverables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- SPM/STPM holders with relevant sales experience are also welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
