Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Singapore market through research, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagements to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close leads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of the Singapore market and business landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
