Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with UMKMs across Bali, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Majoo's solutions and their benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and participate in local events, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to UMKMs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Majoo, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or SME sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Passion for technology and its potential to drive business growth.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
