Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to drive B2B sales.
  • Pitch and sell tailored MICE packages, including venues, accommodations, and logistical solutions, to meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to design competitive proposals and ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the corporate and MICE sectors.
  • Represent PT Trans Property Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B partnerships, or MICE industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
