Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with UMKMs across Bali, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate Majoo's products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the UMKM sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
  • Document sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent Majoo at local business events, networking sessions, and community gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B or technology-related products/services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
  • Passion for supporting local businesses and contributing to community development.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
