Responsibility

  • Identify and engage with potential MSME clients in Bali, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate Majoo’s digital solutions, tailoring pitches to highlight value for each client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Gather market intelligence and client feedback to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools for MSMEs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or digital solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to prospect, cold-call, and close deals independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Deep understanding of MSME challenges in Indonesia and passion for digital transformation.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach to measuring success.
